Uyen Dinh is the President and Founder of Win Strategies, LLC. The firm provides government relations and legislative affairs, strategic communications, and marketing solutions for companies doing business with the defense and intelligence communities. Ms. Dinh’s career includes government and private practice experience in government and public relations, antitrust law, and ten years of distinguished service in the U.S. House of Representatives focused on intelligence and national security affairs. Most recently, Ms. Dinh served as the Vice President for Government Relations at GeoEye, Inc. In that capacity, she developed and executed the government relations and communications strategies that culminated in the company winning a $3.8 billion national security contract.
Prior to joining GeoEye, Ms. Dinh served as counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence where she advised the Chairman on tactical and technical issues. She has also served as counsel for the House Armed Services Committee where her portfolio was $26 billion of Department of Defense information technology (IT) programs that included tactical systems and business IT programs. Prior to that, Ms. Dinh served as counsel for the House Government Reform Committee that included a portfolio of national security, energy, and homeland security issues; and as counsel and military legislative assistant for Representative Tom Davis (R-VA).
Ms. Dinh holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. and is a member of the Virginia State Bar. Born in Viet Nam, Ms. Dinh immigrated to the United States with her family in 1975.
