Whitney Frost currently serves as Vice President for J.A. Green & Company. In this capacity she manages staff operations and business affairs of the firm while advising on client interaction with the legislative branch. Her extensive background on Capitol Hill uniquely enables her to develop, coordinate, and execute strategies on behalf of clients as well as monitor the legislative political landscape on Capitol Hill.
Whitney has over 20 years of experience working in the United States House of Representatives. She spent seven years as Washington Chief of Staff to former House Armed Services Chairman Ike Skelton (D-MO) where she severed as a manager of the Congressman’s legislative staff and advised the Congressman on legislative and political strategies. She later served as an Advisor to Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-MO), during his tenure as Chairman of the Congressional Black Caucus.
She grew up in Springfield, Missouri and graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Architecture.
