J.A. Green & Company is pleased to announce the addition of Loren Dealy Mahler to its Board of Advisors. Mahler currently serves as President of Dealy Mahler Strategies, LLC and has previously worked with J.A. Green & Company on a broad range of national security and defense-related issues.
Previously, Mahler served as both Director of Legislative Affairs at the National Security Council and Communications Director for the Office of Legislative Affairs at the Department of Defense. In these roles she created legislative communications strategies to promote and win support for the Administration’s legislative priorities during the height of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.
“Loren is a gifted communicator and strategist with a deep understanding of both policy and process. We’re happy to welcome her to the team and look forward to her continued support and insight,” founder and President Jeff Green said.
Prior to her work on the National Security Council, Mahler ran the communications office for the House Armed Services Committee where she coordinated all communications functions including the Committee’s work on the annual defense bill.
Mahler is a graduate of Princeton University (B.S. – Sociology) and the McCourt School at Georgetown University (MPP – Policy Communications).
